Since writing my book about why cross dominance effects how we should swing the golf club I have been contact by others that have educated me on how this effects other parts of our lives. Not only does your hand and eye dominance effect how you should swing the club but how we recall information, store information, act emotionally and many other factors I was not aware of. So after reading the book “Golf for the other 80%” you may want to look at the links below if you are cross dominant. What you will find is that if your are right eyed and handed you should have a smaller shoulder turn in the back swing, less head rotation and a different start to the dowswing among other iterations.
I still find it fascinating how many tour players are cross dominate while the general population of cross dominant persons is only around 20%.
I am not a doctor nor pretend to be but if you are cross dominant you may find some of the research in these articles interesting!
