Wrist release?

For many years when I was learning to play golf I was told that you must “maintain the angle.”  This was explained that this was one of Ben Hogan’s principles. This meant do not let the wrist extend at impact.  Unfortunately good golfers do not do this.  The best golfers have the the best, full set and  extension in the wrist.  If you do not extend your wrist vertically and with left wrist extenstion t you will not hit the ball very far.  You will also have a hard time repeating any type of good ball flight.

One of the key components of hitting the call a long way is learning to hing and release your wrist at impact.  Here are a few videos explaining how this works.
