Have you ever tightened during your round? You get to the 8th or 9th tee box and your back starts hurting or you feel tight. The exercises will help you loosen up during your round. Most of the time, tightness is experienced in the shoulders and will inhibit you from reaching a nice full shoulder turn. Try these exercises out next time during your round!
