Tway wins first PGA event of 2019

That is correct, on the PGA Tour it is 2019.  The first event was in Napa Valley and this year there were many of the better players competing.  Kevin Tway, son of PGA Champion Bob Tway of the Senior-Champions tour won for the first time on the third hole in the years first event and play off.  This was Snedeker’s tournament before falling apart on the back nine in heavy wins.  Phil finished 17th.  Tway closed strong with birdies on 17 and 18 and then birdied all three playoff holes.
